At Miris Creative, we help People & HR teams create communications employees actually read, understand and act on. From internal comms, recruitment and onboarding to learning, wellbeing, values and change.

Sometimes that means designing materials you've already written, to your brand guidelines or an identity we create with you. Sometimes it's finding the story in the first place, or bringing it to life on camera or through animation. Often it's all three.

Whatever it is, we start with the people reading it. What matters to them, what they need to know, and what you need them to do. Because if a line manager can't pick it up and use it, or someone on site can't make sense of it, it hasn't done its job.

We plan everything so it goes further, too, giving you content you can use again and again, wherever your people are.

Brand and comms teams use us as well, for photography and film that features their own people rather than models.
